EmpowHer combines personal growth, boundary-setting, situational awareness, and practical self-defense in a supportive, beginner-friendly class created for women and young women in 8th grade and above.

EmpowHer students

BUILD YOUR OWN

Gather 8-12 friends, family members, teammates, coworkers, or members of your organization and we will create an EmpowHer class specifically for your group.

Reserve your individual seat in an upcoming community class. Come on your own or register with a friend.

PRIVATE CLASS

Register for a one-on-one class for an individual instructor led course. A perfect option for those not quite ready for a group environment.

EmpowHer Crown

Sometimes, empowerment begins by straightening your crown. Other times, it begins by discovering you already have the strength to protect it.
